PC - Player walked through walls, healed underground then appeared back on the map.

This happened one game after my previous where I was unhooked and then on the ground above where I should have been.
Map was one of the cold wind farms I think fractured cow shed. I was going into the basement and I saw the player Wills just walk up the first part of the stair and continue on into the wall and past it. This player seemed to be able to appear where ever they wanted. Playing the Doc I used his secondary area shock and the player registered under the world, then suddenly they were back at the shack on the ground.
Unfortunately I do not remember much of my build I think I had Iron Maide, BBQ, overcharge. I had a mist offering.
