Flashlight blinding bug

I had encountered this twice as two different killers , The Shape and The Pig
Where a flashlight was shined at my chest , not even my face and it immediately blinded me . I told my buddy about it and we went into a private match to test , and sure enough he shined it at my chest , my side , nowhere near my face and it blinded me
As survivor I've had trouble even just getting the beam in the killers face to blind them . So that's how I picked up that this was weird . Killers being easily blinded when the flashlight beam is nowhere near their face is a broken mechanic and I feel like survivors can easily take advantage of that

Yeah, it's pretty bad. I once was turned all the way around and I somehow got blinded.
