Basement hook bug on The Game. (Gideon Meat Plant)

The killer hooked one of the survivors in the basement only for the survival character model to spawn on the top floor instead of on the hook like intended, which meant that the aura as well as the model was located upstairs making it impossible to unhook them unless you know that they where hooked in the basement. When we unhooked him he spawns upstairs on the top floor, under a table making him unable to move and thus breaking the game.
We were playing on pc.
We have encountered this bug ones but it's game breaking thus unacceptable.
We haven't tried.
