Do you mean wraith? It's quite easy actually. He get a boost but before that he moves quite slow for 3 seconds more or less so you have 3 seconds to run away from him and if you can run in a pallet or something, drop it.

Keeping track of Wraith's location takes away a lot of his advantage - if you can consistently see him while he's cloaked, he can't get the jump on you. At that point, he just approaches you faster than the average killer.

I'm never calling him anything other than The Bell Ghost ever again.
Listen for his whoosh too. If you hear it, give a look around to see if you can see his wobbly air spot (if he's moving, it has that sort of disturbed hot air that comes off the blacktop look), and then you'll be able to keep track of where he is too.

when he bing bongs you escape?

The idea I'm getting is try to spot him and escape before he bing bongs. When he's invisible, his movement is given away by a blur in the air. You also hear a whoosh of air when he's close (don't know how close) so you can know to be on the lookout.

If your that bothered about him getting the drop on you use spine chill and/or Premonition look out for his shimmer reflection and his woosh sound
