Drift king billy on controller

After a couple games with drift king billy on xbox, i have seen thar the add ons no longer provide the steering increase but still the bump time increase (moonshine). It may be to do with the new sensitivity but i am not sure, i am also uncertain if it is only xbox or for all controllers.
