Stuck inside the edges of mounds

WHAT TO ADD IN THE DESCRIPTION
Example
Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as survivor in a public match
Step 3 : In-game, walk up a mound and try and jump off the other side on any map with a mound
Step 4 : Notice the character model get stuck between the rocks that line the mound.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- In my instances Yui but this has happened with any character.
- Head-on, Quick and Quiet, Burrowed Time, Decisive Strike (however I have seen this happen on any load out)
- Cold Wind Farm (has happened on any map)
- This has happened 3 times for me on this day alone and multiple times for my friends on other maps.
This has happened to me twice and a variety of my friends. This isn't specific to any map in particular but it would seem that survivors keep getting stuck in the rocks at the top of a mound.
To go into further detail, when you go up onto a mound and try and jump off the other side, survivors get stuck in the rocks that line the rim of the mound. The only way I've seen people can get out of this is to be put into dying state by the killer and then be picked up.
