Bug Rendered killer incapable to move

Using trapper I went through the building with stone columns and a rounded center area and upon hugging the wall inside the central area surrounding the columns I was caught in a bug/glitch that caused me to be stuck. I could turn, swing and could slightly move but only millimeters from where I was caught. The game was good for me until this so I was upset when the survivors easily finished their objectives and escaped. I have video on my phone of the incident.. reach me at happy.chandler97@gmail.com
