Survivors Perks Buff to Make Them More Popular
The Survivors have VERY many weak perks which honestly deserve a buff. If some perks get a buff, then it will be more interesting to play with them and Survivors will be able to make more interesting builds and experiments with Perks.
Leader, Left Behind and Sole survivor
I already wrote about them in past posts, so if you have not seen it, I recommend that you look and evaluate my idea.
Tenacity
When it seems to you that you are on the verge, you try to avoid death in every possible way.
Tenacity activates while you're in a Dying State.
While Tenacity is active, you crawl 40/60/80% faster.
You spread the Grunts of Pain only by 8 meters from you.
You can Crawl and Recover at the same time.
Poised
Achieving goals boosts your confidence.
After a Generator is completed, you leave no Scratch Marks, Bloodtrail, Grunts of Pain, Movement Sounds and your aura becomes impossible to read to the Killer for 14/16/18 seconds.
Lithe
Your hardened flexibility allows you to fast vault a Window or a Pallet 20% faster. (while not Exhausted)
After performing a rushed vault, break into a sprint at 150% of your normal running speed for a maximum of 3 seconds.
Causes the Exhausted Status Effect for 60/50/40 seconds.
Lithe cannot be used when Exhausted.
You do not recover from Exhaustion while running.
The idea is similar to a Balanced Landing, in addition to boosting speed, the perk now has an extra ability that triggers during fast vaulting and does not work while you are Exhausted. As for me, the idea makes perk much more useful and makes it more popular.
Better Together, Babysitter, Camaraderie and Second Wind
I also wrote about them before, so there are links below

So that's all for now.

Tenacity should have a slight nerf to noises, maybe 50%?
Poised buff is good, I'd be in favour of this.
Lithe buff is extremely over powered if this was to happen. People consider 19% (Resilience and Spinechill) extremely strong, and 50% would be out of the ballpark.

I would also like the perks to have only their own personal effects, which will not be used anywhere else, but what else can be done to improve these perks?
I decided to give such a buff to Tenacity, because now this perk is very situational at the moment, but unlike unbreakable, it does not have such a strong effect, so I decided that a couple of new effects would not harm it.
I also think about Poised. This perk is really ridiculous. 10 seconds of stealth after fixing the generator? Seriously? just 10 seconds? just do not show a Scratch Marks? I thought that adding some effects to complement the idea of a perk would not harm it either.
Perhaps you are right about Lithe, but I still want to see small passives in Exhaustion Perks, like a Balanced Landing. But I agree that 50% is too much, but it will not be used forever, only when Survivor is not exhausted, maybe, if the numbers will be lowered, it will be much better and not too op?

It does only trigger if not exhausted. It could be toned down a bit but i think it makes sense.

That would be much more balanced then.

I don’t think that perk will be useful if groans are reduced by 50%. But Maybe I can do the same as Technician and Pharmacy has? Reduce the sound radius?
Thank you for supporting my idea of Poised!
Yes, I messed up a bit with Lithe, but, as Milo says, will I just reduce the numbers? For example, from 50% to 20%? 15%? (A bunch of Resilence and Spine chill Perks give 15% bonus).
