Stuck after vaulting pallet as oni breaks it.

Was running from oni in his oni form (forget its name) and i fast vaulted a pallet and at the end of it he quick destroyed the pallet. I was stuck at at the end of the pallet and could not move dead harding didn't do anything either. Once the killer downed me i still couldn't move only once he picked me up.
Don't know if this is killer specific or not.
