since the 3.6.2 patch, this error (see image below) has been occuring at least 3/4 times I've played the game.
it seems to randomly happens without any specific cause, it happens on any character , be it a survivor or killer.
it always happens mid game on random occasion.
what made it worse is that the game deranked me because i got kicked from the game.
