PC - EAC Error 4 crash

Issue: Game seems to randomly crash with the Easy anti cheat error 4 coming up saying i modified game files. Just start after the recent patch. Happened 3 times today and i havent put in icon packs or anything of that sort.
Unfortunately this bug seems random and im not sure how one would replicate it.
