Survivor on killer shoulder but not

The killer hooked a survivor and the animation stopped midway through the hook and it appeared as if the survivor was on the killer's shoulder but was visually shown at the hook. It was a nurse so she made the noise as if she was blinking but only could chase a survivor. Attached is a twitter video showing part of the issue. I have a little more video if it would help more too.
