Adrenaline + Second Wind Bug/Exploit

This bug has taken place on the PC platform. But being Broken (what Second Wind does) causes you to not be able to heal. Period.

During this clip Steve (who clearly has both perks, Adrenaline and Second Wind) is healthy upon being pulled off hook all while having the Broken status effect. He then gets hit, and instantly gets healed again from Second Wind (I can only assume the 30 seconds or so is up). The Dead by Daylight wiki even states:
"Instant Healing effects do not override Broken. Adrenaline's effects will only take effect once Broken has subsided."
So what happened... should not have happened. As to whether he knew about this or not, we are unsure.
