I couldn't just physically catch them up. with these two their speed was just cosmic/ they have 2 and 4 rank. Great. I need to try hard and waste long time to pump up my rank but somebody can turn on cheats and this enough

You should have sent a support ticket,not report it in the bugs forum because it's literally hacking in this case. Nothing to do with bugs,but just stacking perks using CE.
