Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Head On Bug

Previously before the hotfix update, two survivors used to be able to jump in two lockers side by side with head on and save the survivor getting grabbed if they had frame perfect timing. Currently, it deactivates if one survivor gets grabbed and forces an unnecessary workaround for the same effect. Not sure if it was intentional or unintentional.

• Tested Only On PC

• Head On deactivates if two survivors are in side-by-side lockers and one of them gets grabbed out of the locker. Even if it was active before, it deactivates as soon as the grab begins.

• Procedure for Reproduction

  1. Have two survivors in side-by-side lockers. (Basement Lockers)
  2. Wait for both survivors to have Head On activated.
  3. Have the killer grab one survivor, either one works.
  4. The other survivor who was not grabbed will have their Head On nullified if they try to stun or they'll just notice their Head On deactivated.

• It occurs every time. However, there is a workaround for it to still save. By vaulting out and then back in as soon as the grab starts, it will allow you to stun and save the survivor from the killer's grasp.

Here are some videos for visual reference.
