Survivor got stuck on killer's shoulder after hitting DS

The survivor managed to hit their DS, but after the stun they were still downed and on my shoulder, but they couldn't wiggle out and I couldn't drop them either. Endgame collapse didn't help.
This is the 3rd time that's happened to me. volvo pls fix.
