killer music issues during games

so there is the bug that sometimes there's no end game music, sometimes there's no music when carrying a survivor and i got a new one for the first time, end game music at the start of the match and during the whole match at the hospital map

it just happens, idk what trigger this, but it simply happens, the end game music only happened at the hospital however, no end game happens often no carrying music is nearly at all time

edit: the end game music last during the whole game in every map
