Pig Traps unremovable

I'm not sure if this is actually a bug, but playing as pig over the past 2 days I had three different survivors tell me in the post game chat that they searched all the boxes, but were unable to remove their traps. It could be that they were just lying, but I think its worth mentioning just in case its true.
Details: All games were played on the Haddonfield map as The Pig using the add-ons combat straps and John's tape, and the perks Fire Up, Bamboozle, Brutal Strength, and Save the Best for Last. I was playing on PC at rank 8 against ranks 6-1 when this happened.
Steps to reproduce:
- Play on haddonfield
- Get a Pig trap on
- Be unable to get Pig Trap off.
