noticed it after 3.7.1 hotfix before that everything was normal (Geforce GTX 760)

Could you try verifying the integrity of your game cache? Right click game -> properties -> Local Files -> Verify Integrity of game cache.

    You are right, 4 files were not checked, and 1.5 gigabytes had to be downloaded. Thx for help
