New Struggle mechanic for Phase 2 hook
So, rapidly hitting spacebar or some other key is perhaps the most annoying part of this game. I wondered if perhaps, this new mechanic would be much more fun and exciting:
When the struggle phase begins, the player gets skill checks with large success regions (such as the doctor skill checks but even larger). As time progresses, the size of the skill check shrinks towards the size of a normal skill check. It shrinks perhaps in a non-linear way, which most of the shrinkage occurring in the last 10 seconds.
If the skill check is missed, the player is sacrificed. There are no great skill checks.
I think this system would be better because it can help new players practice their skill checks. Additionally, by starting large, they should be easy to do. This way, it is more fun and intense form of the struggle phase.

I'd honestly rather it stay space bar smashing then skill checks.
It should be changed to just holding the space bar for accessibility though so people don't have to macro it to spare their poor space bars.
