Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.
Nurse can't blink through the building on Father Campbell's Chapel

Blinking around the map is fine, but the big building in the middle of the map is a complete deadzone for her blinks.
If I'm in the building and charge a blink, I will reappear at the same place.
Trying to enter the building from the outside will stop me at the walls. Blinking through an opened door doesn't work either.
