Unable to unhook survivor in Lery’s Memorial Institute

Step 1 : Boot the game

Step 2 : Play as survivor in a public match

Step 3 : In-game, survivor is hooked on the central hook in the middle of the map

Step 4 : Unable to unhook the survivor, the character trying to unhook freezes in place for 5 seconds, unhook progress meter doesn’t fill. Multiple attempts do not work.

  • Character played: Nea Karlsson saving Kate Denson, against the Legion
  • Perks played: Kindred, Quick and Quiet, Head On, Spine Chill
  • Map: Lery’s memorial institute
  • Frequency of the issue: first time this has happened.
