PC - Offering description is not hidden

"On the offering screen, the description of the offerings now appear at the same time as the offering is revealed."
This was mentioned in the 3.7.0 Patch Notes, however, the description of the offering is still visible even when they are not yet revealed, here are a couple of screenshots
