dailies not renewing

dailies are not renewing after if I completed them or not after 12 hours have passed , they don't even reset after 24 like before even though it should be just 12 . I'm not sure if this was an update in 3.7.0 but I have not read anything about it .
example - I got 3 dailies , I completed 2 of them and 1 was left . after 24 hours the one I did not complete was still left and the 2 I have done where not replaced with new ones .
