The steps according to the template
Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Go to the store or play a game
Step 3 : View one of the three Sleeveless Top torso's (The ones with a chain) for Meg or play a game with a Sleeveless Top torso equipped
Step 4 : Notice the major graphical bug
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This happens both ingame when a player has the Sleeveless Top torso (it doesn't matter which of the three is equipped, as long as its one of the rare ones with a chain around her neck), restarting doesn't fix the issue. Rotating her around in the store also rotates the graphical bug, it also moves around with her movements. The graphical bug flickers very rapidly.
