Ps4 - Stuck on a wall

Map: Red Farm
After hooking a survivor inside the temple, I was running along a wall and got trapped on it. I could spin around, but not move. After a while of spazzing out, I was able to free myself. Also, a survivor came over and taunted me with a flashlight. I won, though (4 kill).
