3.7.1 bug: hook "slide" glitch

I've had this bug happen to me twice now. When hooking a survivor, rather than hooking, I will lose control for a couple seconds and slide to the right. The first time this happened, the survivor I was carrying disconnected, and I don't know if they had intentionally disconnected right as they were getting hooked, or if they were dropped as part of this bug.
The second time this happened was just now, and the survivor I was carrying confirmed that she saw it, and another survivor said that at the same time she was trapped in a locker for a few seconds and couldn't get out.
