Survivor locker exploit/glitch (PS4)

I encountered a SWF team probably and there were two people remaining one was in a locker and the other was in front of it I downed the person outside and killed him then proceeded to open the locker and I wasn't able to pick the survivor up my Killer was opening the locker as if it was empty and this survivor was crouching and doing taunts inside of the locker and didn't/couldn't get out until I closed the hatch and ended the match with time running out, I think they did this glitch on purpose to make me quit and let them win or something
