PC - NOED doesn't working

in Bug Reporting

Two times I played with the perk NOED and after all generator are done and I hit someone they dont fall(I checked if I have at least one totem and both time I had).

-character played: pig

-perks: surveillance, make your choice, noed and sloppy butcher.

-map:yamaoka

-frequence:2x

Do you have any video evidence. And was it a dash attack where NOED failed to activate?
