INFINITES ON AUTO HAVEN

On the Auto haven map with the big barn that has one generator in it the survivors can basically loop you around it until the end of time. There's also several pallet loops that can basically go on for eternity as well. I just had a group of red ranks loop me for the whole match around this building. Needless to say I only got one kill from a mori on the one purple rank player in their team. Should these even be in the game or am I missing something about how to end these loops?

    Are you using fake pallets there or are you using blood pools. You should be able to slow them down enough with freddy on the blood pools. But, I've been using Bamboozle on plague. Why? Just because they made the loop weaker, doesn't mean it still isn't strong. If I see survivors going for a super strong loop, I just leave the area.

    His brown add-on in the screenshot is the fake pallet add-on. And if memory serves correctly, this is one of the loops they just nerfed in the most recent patch?

    You're playing as Freddy and complaing about being looped? I can see you're using Dream Pallets, but that doesn't change anything really, since I only use Dream Pallets and never struggle in chases and with presssure. You can easily navigate the map with Gen Projection, as well as bait it out and fake it. Not to mention, catch people out with it by coming from an alternate direction.

    That building is strong, but no way is it unmanagable nor an 'infinite' like before. I'd say just focus on juggling if you're struggling with 1v1 chases. Also, maybe don't waste a slot on Franklin's Demise and Bitter Murmur. Maybe use something like Enduring to help with not respecting pallets or Corrupt or Whispers to help when outside of a chase...or anything else that is better than the ones you use currently.

    They nerfed the map. If they loop you all map, there is something wrong in your gamestyle. Probably you have wasted too much time in never ending chases. I did yesterday there almost a never ending run VS a wraith Rank 16 from my ALT Surv rank 8 but .... he had a super low amount of hours... I assume you still dont have many hours, not a problem, you can improve 10000 times and they "dumbed" you on loops, fact.

    AutoHaven was SafeHeaven time ago. Now is just AutoHell after the mega nerf to pallet. This map it's not anymore safe like it was time ago.

    If you got only one kill from a mori there is something wrong with your gamestyle, fact. Furter confirmation of my hypothesis (you have wasted too much time in never ending chases) is 1 Kill mori. If you Mori, you need 1 Hook. So you did at the best 4 Hooks (or less)...

    Yes, it is one of the nerfed maps. The loop is still strong, yes. But it isn't an almost infinite. Still a good loop.

    So where exactly is your "infinite". On this are basically just some pallets.

    This loop isnt NEARLY as bad as it use to be. I use to groan anytime I saw this or ironworks but now... I'm pretty confident with just about any map I get (besides haddonfield...fck haddonfield, lol).

    Oh boy, I remembered going through this loop before it got changed.

    That was legitimately the worst time I had playing as Killer.

    It is genuinely not as bad as it used to be though.

    Tbf, I think Springwood 1, 4 and (iirc) 5 aren't that far off from Haddonfield-esque levels of imbalance.

    Not really. Most of the pallet loops on Springwood are very playable while theres not aton of LOS blockers to get in the way of killer powers like Deathslinger's harpoongun, Plague's puke or Huntress's hatchets. A large part of what makes Haddonfield miserable is just how much is has going against various killers.
