The Shape stuck on the stairs in the killer shack on Gideon Meat Plant

Was playing a match as The Shape using the add on that grants me unlimited stage 3 evil within. A survivor ran down into the killer shack with the hooks and I attacked him causing him to down. I then picked up him on the stairs, standing close to the left side of the wall when facing down. My screen started to rumble and I could not move The Shape. The survivor eventually freed themselves and ran away but I was still stuck. I couldn't move in any direction.
This was on PS4.
