How to achieve the bug:
1)Play as Killer, get into the match
2)Down or grab someone
3)Congrats, the game is now broken.
You can't pick up survivors, use your power, if you grabbed the survivor, you're stuck with him without the ability to hook or drop, the survivor can't wiggle.
Character played: The Wraith, The Plague
Happens in some games randomly. Add-ons seemingly don't matter, the bug can occur or not occur even if you have the same killer and build.
