Hill billy still bugged

Billy's animations are still bugged, his chain saw sound is bugged as. when you start your chain saw the rev is fine then once you hit about a half on the bar it makes the sound like it starting up and and it back revs.

can confirm billy is still bugged. just got out of a game and chainsaw faking stutter's and makes me lose movement speed with animation freezing. base kit chainsaw is still slow and not the 2.5 sec as it was. rip billy 😥
