rank reset disnt reset my rank

So i play in ps4 and my rank didnt reset today. I sent a ticket already and they said they forwardes the email to the dbd team so they can work on it. But i want to make sure and not take advantage of a bug. This is the firat time this has hppened to me that i can remember but i remember the devs in a stream saying if it happens to send a ticket so i cant be the only one.

It's just a visual error. Restarting the game will reset your ranks.

It did but thanka for the info anyways. Although it didnt push me back that much which i thought was weird

Every reset will push you back by one color.
