Recovers from status ailments by 20% when standing still, and when running you now recover from exhaustion and the rate is increased by 150% (40 seconds to 100 seconds if running the entire time)

Why not just have it be how it used to be, have it decrease by 20% but it’d have the added ability to regain exhaustion while running. If that’s too much they could have it be only the normal cool down time (while running) or not have it be regained in chases.
Recovering while running was too broken, is fine as it is, maybe make it as you recover earlier
