No encuentro partida de superviviente

Hola, estaba intentando buscar partida como superviviente pero no me encuentra partida, es la primera vez que me pasa y no se arreglarlo por favor solucionen esto u ofrezcan me ayuda.

Yo tengo el mismo problema A diario, es imposible jugar, al final acabo jugando al Viernes 13, hice reporte y me contestaron cosas de internet y tal, el NAT y nosequé pero la realidad es que no me falla ningun otro juego, de hecho cada vez que lo intento acabo con "el otro" y sin problemas
