Ps4 network error and lose progress of game

two days in a row I’ve played really good games but the red loading symbol shows up at the top and then it brings me back to the main loading screen and it gives me -1 pip and i lose all the bloodpoints and xp from that game, I’m literally playing games for nothing because it disconnects me.
