Connecting to game

-Platform:PC
-Reproduce: stay in lobby/Enter lobby from match/hit ready button
-its occurring every time i play the game(I cant play a match because the error keeps showing)
my internet is completely fine, archives not responsive 50% of the time and a "Unknown Error" pops up and kicks me to the main menu and when i click on play survivor/killer etc it Just shows the loading icon and it stays that was for eternity so im forced to reset my game
