Bugged servers got me matchmaking locked.

Nearly at the end of the game I got the "lost connection to the host" message, got my bloodpoints, and then promptly got matchmaking locked. I've seen plenty of players today that have the same issue with ping just skyrocketting out of nowhere.
I'm guessing the penalty still increases with each infraction so if this keeps happening I'll just keep getting banned for longer and longer.
