Julie Memories Having No Playback Audio

After unlocking the memories of Julie, I went to have them be read aloud, but it just sits through the couple seconds of silence and then the stop button switches to play. Nothing was read at all.
This is on PS4 and nothing seems to fix it.

I would like to point out that I do infact have autoplay enabled.
