Entire Perk Build Being Removed

I think this might be a problem with KYF and switching up perks on the character, but my build on Dwight always gets removed when I swap to him.
I run Leader, Prove Thyself, Streetwise, and Bond, but as of posting this, my build was removed, and I was left with just Unbreakable in my third perk slot.
