-When i healed my teammate on highground, we just stuck in each other and was standing like that, till the maniac hit us.

yeah its annoying, just make sure there is enough room when picking up a survivor from a downed state.
Also if you have an item, just drop & pick it up multiple times. You'll eventually clip through the other survivor.
