4 arbitrary perks -> limiting number of allowed perks via perk points

It could be that someone already proposed such an idea before, but maybe not.
I think it it worth to think about setting "perk points" for each perk and allow the players to spend a fixed amount of these points for their loadout, instead of allowing 4 arbitrary perks.
Why ?
- In DBD, there are of course meta perks, both on survivor side and on killer side (you can't deny). Making these better perks more expensive than unpopular perks is a good strategy to nerf this perks indirectly without changing them.
- New perk builds with 5 or more perks are possible (when combining several cheaper perks). Playing or beging confronted with new strategies is an exciting variety in gameplay.
- On the other side, extremely strong perks can be introduced in future chapters, resulting in a perk build with less than 4 perks.
- Moreover this idea can be extended to addons and / or offerings. For example, using a mori when playing killer or a key when playing survivor could reduce the perk points by a certain number.
Introducing this idea in a second game mode would be a good idea, leaving DBD in its present form untouched. People can ignore this game mode, if they don't like it.
