Dead Dawg Saloon has room on second story that can be used to hold the game hostage.
Dead Dawg Saloon, on the second story of the main building, the window that's on the side closest to the edge of the map. The room the window leads into is a dead end unless the killer breaks one of the 3 breakable walls in this room.
One of these breakable walls is right next to the window and the only reason to break it is if you down a survivor in this room. The other 2 walls there is absolutely no reason to break as it opens a good window loop for survivors that is literally unusable otherwise.
If the killer doesn't break any of the walls, the killer can possibly hold the game hostage by body blocking the window, if a survivor were to enter it.
Maybe it is intentional that this room is like this, but I'm going to assume it's not because there is absolutely no reason for the killer to ever use any of these breakable walls except the one directly adjacent to the window, as breaking these walls actually makes the building stronger for survivors and has 0 benefit for the killer.

Saw this when I was playing killer. Don't know why they'd close that room off during the patch, makes no sense.
