Only one player getting out of party

There's a bug happening with my friend:
A lot of times, when the match finishes he is kicked out of the party, but when we invite him, he doesn't receive the invite alert. To solve it, he must restart his game. He also reinstalled the game, but it persists.
This happen a lot of times and it's SO BORING.
