PC - Invisible Trap on Gas Haven

As you can obviously see (or can you?) there is an armed trap right in the circle. Even when disarmed its almost impossible to see as the jaws barely stick out of the ground.
Had the pleasure of meeting a killer who exploited the hell out of it with an iridescent stone aswell.

Issue: Glitched Trap Location on Autohaven Wreckers - Gas Haven
Steps to reproduce: Play Trapper, go there, place trap underground
How often: I guess always? I ran twice into it (assumed the first time i was simply blind)
