[Bug - PC] Teammate and I frozen in place after healing

I was able to catch this on video at the last second before we were hit, we were stuck for 15 seconds before we were found. I was freed after the hit I was just spinning in place.
1: One person be injured. We were both injured and I healed Feng healed first.
2: Heal between 2 walls, the positions and tile may be important.
I'm new so let me know if I need to fix anything here =)
