Ps4 - Mori'd someone leaving exit and I ended up outside

Map: Yamaoka Estate
Hit the survivor with my corrupt purge and downed them, then I used mori while they were halfway out. It counted as the kill and I ended up outside the exit gate til the last survivor escaped and the game ended.
