Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Take GhostFace with a skin "Classic GhostFace"
Step 3 : start the game and hit the survivor

Frequency of the issue - is always
GhostFace does not have a sleeve by the cloak in the "Classic GhostFace" skin.
