Game crashed after ending instead of showing me scoreboard (with video proof)

I was playing Freddy and the last survivor escaped through the hatch. The game ended but it didn't show the scoreboard. I had to close DBD and open it again. I didn't get any points for that match, my rank wasn't updated and I had a Freddy daily that wasn't completed (even though I finished the task).
